Rachael is excited to be returning to GHA this summer as the head coach. She has been competitively swimming since she was 5 years old and coaching since she was 14 years old. Previously, she swam on the Glacier Hills Team, Lake Parsippany Team, Morris County Swim Club, and Parsippany Hills Swim Team. She currently coaches the Parsippany Hills High School Swim Team and was a part of the coaching staff at Morris County Swim Club for 10 years, as well as coached the Lake Parsippany Swim Team for 4 years. When not on the pool deck, Rachael is in the classroom as a math teacher at Brooklawn Middle School. She is looking forward to being back on deck with you all.
Liz is excited to be back for another summer at GHA not only as a swimmer but also as an assistant coach. She has been competitively swimming since she was 6 years old. She is on the Glacier Hills Swim Team as well as the Parsippany Hills Swim Team, but she also swims for Morristown YMCA. Liz previously swam for MCSC, Lifetime, and Madison YMCA. Liz has volunteered at GHA since she was 12, teaching lessons, and lifeguarding. Her favorite strokes are butterfly and freestyle. When she is not in the pool, Liz can be found reading a book or baking.
Lindsay is excited to be back for another summer at GHA as a swimmer and an assistant coach. She has been competitively swimming since she was 6 years old. She is on the Glacier Hills Swim Team as well as the Parsippany Hills Swim Team, but she also swims for Morristown YMCA. Lindsay previously swam for Lifetime. Lindsay has volunteered at GHA since she was 12, teaching lessons, and lifeguarding. Her favorite stroke is breaststroke. When she is not in the pool, Lindsay enjoys reading and hanging outside.
